A25 is a traditional pizzeria that specialises in artisan pizza and has a strong focus also on handmade pasta. Our pizza is made in the traditional Italian way! We rest our dough between 36 and 72 hours, making the pizza easy to digest with a delectably crispy texture. We honour old world tradition, passed on by my father, where the integrity of ingredients is paramount. We have a strong focus on using small Italian artisan suppliers and where possible use local produce. We are obsessed with the quality of our dough, using alternative organic grains and flours and continuously seeking perfection.
